Pay What You Want Online is in the midst of rebranding to "Pay WHO You Want Online"
and will declare itself as a social enterprise. Starting January 23, 2010, we will be offering an additional level to the pay
what you want model, and that is the "Who". PWYWO is challenging you to help us change the world simply by
becoming more aware of where your money is going and making informed purchases. At PWYWO we offer you complete
transparency and control over how much you pay and who to pay. You are given the freedom to select a rate
that you believe is fair for a song or album. This rate is then broken down so you can see exactly where
your money is going and in what amount. Regardless of what rate you choose to pay for a song or album, the
artist is guaranteed a fair base rate; PWYWO takes a small fee to cover our administrative costs; the
remainder is allotted to a pre-determined cause. Based on where your values rest, you have the option to add
the remainder to the artist's portion, leave it for the social initiative, or split it between the two causes.
Regardless of what you choose, you will still be helping members of the community, thus helping to change
the world.

What is a Social Enterprise?
We are rebranding to become a social enterprise and by building community
support right into our business model. Our mission is to raise awareness and
funds for the rightful shareholders of the company: the artist, and
the community. Our first initiative will be to raise $100,000 for
www.urbanex.org and www.sketch.ca to support homeless youth and youth at
risk, while helping artists to sell as many albums as possible!

How Can I Use The Music?
With no software or copy-right protection, once downloaded, the song or album is yours to keep and use forever. You can copy it to CD, or convert to another format as you please as long as it is for your personal enjoyment.

How Much Should I Pay?
Generally people are paying between $0.99 to $2.00 for a song, and $9.99 to $19.99
for an album. The more you choose to contribute the more you have to allot to the
artist, the cause or both. Regardless of what you contribute, on behalf of the artists,
and the community, PWYWO would like to thank you in advanced for your generosity!
